The "net" is a wonderful way to comparison shop and a
smart shopper shops for quality and price, hence "the best for less".
Besides being an active business stocking what we sell, we
shop like you do, researching the products and making sure we get the best
price. Now comes the fun part, selling it to you.
Everything comes down to cost plus margin (what one needs
to add to the cost to stay in business) and with the net ones margin can be
small, especially if a website is an extension of a storefront and not "the"
storefront.
"List" is the ridiculous price
over cost, "wholesale" is somewhere between list and cost, and "fair" is
enough over cost to make the seller and buyer both happy. So, for whatever
it is you need, know that Volko supply will offer our expert service with a
fair price.
We make it easy to order. There is no "shopping cart" in
"full service" and with most of what we sell as having unique applications a
more secure, confidential and faster way to order would be by phone. Also,
any question, "quick quote" call or e-mail to us is a simple and pleasant
request.
I will be bringing up some prices for easy order products
like our Weathervane Collection and most of the stock size Chimney Products
but many items may be for a special or custom application, call, we would
like to offer you that "Whatya tryin' to do" personal touch.
As for technical data, I am putting up as much useful
information and links as possible to allow a self education of the many
problems and solutions we have encountered throughout this industry. To
help you understand and choose the correct product we will always offer any
explanation as to function, measuring and installation. Any questions you
may have are welcome.
Full service does still exist, and here the premium is
on service not on price.
